Additional Insured status is freely given to landlords, clients and vendors on an insured’s General Liability policy.   But what happens when your insured carries Professional Liability, and someone wants to be named an Additional Insured on that policy?

Many agents are surprised to find that the majority of professional liability carriers resist adding third parties as Additional Insureds, and some refuse to do it altogether.
