This course takes a comprehensive look at various issues pertinent to the underwriting of contracting liability exposures including construction defect issues, construction liability exposures in general along with the insurance coverage provided for them, as well as contractual risk transfer issues. Specifically discussed are additional insured issues, indemnification/hold harmless agreements, waivers of subrogation, primary and noncontributory wording requirements, and certificates of insurance.
