Hiring and building a team today are very different than they were when our parents got their first careers.

Low unemployment, high expectations, changing cultural values, new technologies, and evolving generational consciousness have all combined to change the way we hire, train, and build winning teams.

• We will evaluate what young people want in a career.
• We will analyze the positive and shapable traits that inexperienced workers bring to the workplace.
• We will evaluate which insurance organizations will be most impacted by the talent gap and evaluate solutions for the talent gap.

Nancy has worked with insurance veterans and young people interested in the industry. She speaks to different groups within the insurance world and is residential faculty at Glendale Community College's risk management/insurance program.
