Substantial attention is paid to the employer-employee relationship and the important of providing "discrimination" coverage under the EPLI policy. But what about Third Party Discrimination suits arising out of:

  • Temporary employment
  • Leased employment
  • Vendors at your insured's location
  • Customers at your insured's location

This is the "forgotten" coverage that CAN be included on the EPLI by endorsement.

  • Third Party Discrimination coverage matters to YOU because these lawsuits continue to rise and there is NO coverage unless the policy automatically provides protection or by endorsement
