This course covers seven routine and not-so-routine coverage questions. More importantly, it identifies the questions company underwriters ask before agreeing to make certain changes to a policy. Being prepared in advance for these questions gives you a much better chance of getting the answer you need quickly.

The use and misuse of the designated premises endorsement and what it means for your policyholder
Why you might be required to use the new entities exclusion
The dangers of a class limitation endorsement
Issues surrounding an Assault and Battery (A&B) exclusion or sublimit. Be careful! Some of these forms included defense costs within the limits
How a water damage exclusion endorsement may impact your customer
